Do you know of any models related to elephant behavior?

I am interested in building a simulation model that helps to better understand elephants and their behavior in captivity. The idea is to use an agent based modelling approach. Currently I am looking for some cross-disciplinary inspiration (I am a computer scientist) to get me started. So any kind of models of elephant behavior or related animal behavior might actually be helpful for me.
