Do you know in which solution I can dissolve Vemurafenib to give it per os to mice ?

When I dilute Vemurafenib (initially in DMSO) in methylcellulose or PBS, it forms a block of precipitate that I can't dissolve, even by warming the solution.

You could try adding 5% PEG in Water to dilute the DMSO stock.
