That journal invited me to join their team as an Editorial Board/Reviewer a lot of times. But I want to make sure it's a reliable journal. I checked it, it is not on the List of Predatory Journals.
The journal (http://www.sciencepublishinggroup.com/journal/index?journalid=173 ) is indeed not mentioned but the publisher behind it “Science Publishing Group” (SciencePG) however is: https://beallslist.net/
This is a red flag for dealing with a predatory publisher (and according to the ‘Beall’s logic’ all journals published by such a publisher are as well). Other red flag are:
-Index information like Universal Impact Factor and DRJI are examples of misleading metrics: https://beallslist.net/misleading-metrics/
--Numerous examples illustrating the predatory behaviour of this publisher can be found here: http://flakyj.blogspot.com/search?q=sciencePG
The same science group send me an invitation to join editorial board / reviewer. Actually, These emails are spam and I don't recommend to respond them because the journal is not indexed in Scopus, Clarivate, EBSCO, and others. They mislead the researchers in their interests, but indeed, they wants publications in their journals.
