Do you know if the International Journal of Economics, Finance and Management Sciences (IJEFM) is a predatory journal?

That journal invited me to join their team as an Editorial Board/Reviewer a lot of times. But I want to make sure it's a reliable journal. I checked it, it is not on the List of Predatory Journals.
