Dear All Electrochemists and others!!!

We need to electrodeposit Iridium or Ruthenium oxides onto electruspun nanofibers such as PAN, PMMA...

The question is..can we manage to do that without carbonization or without any subsrating electrode body or carbonized solid material?? We want to expose the pretreated nanofibers (may be coated by another more conductive polymer) after electrospinning, directly to the electrolyte solution for metal oxide deposition.
