I am looking for articles of current research being conducted related to emotions and grocery shopping behaviors. more specifically if emotions impact the choices people make when purchasing food such as healthy vs junk food.
Check out this article: https://www.inc.com/logan-chierotti/harvard-professor-says-95-of-purchasing-decisions-are-subconscious.html. I recommend also sections of two books: "Salt, Sugar, and Fat," by Michael Moss (2013) and "Grocery: The Buying and Selling of Food in America" by Michael Ruhlman (2017). These can help lead to current research.
