I want to make my Fusarium isolates grow as sexual stage.

It depends on Fusarium species you are dealing with. Homotallic fungi such as Gibberella zeae are self fertile, while heterotallic fungi requires a sexual interaction between physiologically distinct strains (different mating types). For heterotallic strains of Liseola section I used carott agar for crossing protocole.
