I am also trying to figure out which Gli1 antibody is working, I have tried several but no positive signals were obtained, may I know how is your experience, do you have a good Gli1 antibody now? May you share it with me as well as the protocol? Many thanks.

I tried one anti-mouse Gli1 antibody (ab49314) with IF using fixed mouse dorsal back skin, but I could not get positive signals. Thanks/
