Yes, I have. It only allows the standard planes axial, sagital and coronal. If I missed something with this viewer let me know.

Synedra Personal View is suitable for most of your needs. Mango works as well and check http://www.idoimaging.com

I have used MIPAV (http://mipav.cit.nih.gov) and AMIDE (http://amide.sourceforge.net) in the past for viewing DICOMS and are very good.

Thanks for the suggestions! Synedra actually does the job exactly the way I want it. The Mango download site seems to be offline... I will try MIPAV and AMIDE as well in the near future.

Have you tried FSL 3D viewer (probably yes, but maybe not...)? You can download a dicom->analyze/nifiti converter:

and then use FSL.

I would advice Radiant DICOM viewer. Amongst its other properties such as image fusion, It also has a rotatable 3D MPR feature.

A further request: rotatable MPR (not 3D rendering!) that allows for angle measurements! OsiriX does not rotate and Radiant does not allow angle measurements in the MPR mode. Does any of the suggested programs allow this?
