I have used a few different antifade agents and had the best luck with a homemade n-Propyl Gallate based one. It's much, much cheaper than buying a commercial antifade and works really well. Jackson Immunoresearch also recommends using nPG and has a protocol for making it on their website:

You can increase the final concentration (at least double) from what they suggest also.

If you want a commercial one, I can also suggest PermaFluor mounting medium from Thermo Scientific, we used it for years and never had problem with DAPI fading.

Fluoromount from southern biotech or slowfade from Life technologies. Or You can also look into other nuclear stains.
