Dear Colleagues,

Nowadays, graduate students are trying to get the job done by reaching out external specialists/ researcher through social networks or direct mails, in return can add valuable contribution to manuscripts.

My concern that:

  • Some #supervisors disagree to add such "foreigners" as co authors who already added "real contribution" to the manuscript .
  • How does the student fulfill his/her commitment to this "foreigner/external, as the other side did deliver some tasks within the manuscript.
  • How does that external research assure his right to be added as co author for the efforts that he/she with the student were "merely" worked on?
  • Thank you,

    Althuwaynee
