Shock fronts are classical objects-they're solutions of partial differential equations that involve classical quantities and don't have anything to do with quantum properties.
At the scale where such equations make sense, no quantum effects are relevant.
The scale of clamps are about 20 orders of magnitude smaller than the scale of electrons. Electrons are formed by coherent swarms of these spherical shock fronts. The swarm contains a huge number of elements. At annihilation of the electron the emitted photon contains the same number of one-dimensional shock fronts.
One can write words-as long as they can't be set to equations, that reduce to known ones in the appropriate limits, they're not relevant. There's nothing special about 20 orders of magnitude in this picture-nor is the property of shock fronts of any relevance.
An electron can't annihilate to a photon, incidentally-that violates known conservation laws and it can't lead to anything one-dimensional for the same reasons.
