The Science teacher must be characterized by the preparation and training at the cultural, professional, social and personal levels, as educational competencies and educational experiences of quality; to be able to translate the goals and purposes into reality in the behavior and thought of the learner which is the objective and means and basis in scientific education and teaching science.
