Measuring porosity sure depends on type of the saturating fluid and the evacuation efficiency. For example, porosity measured by gas should be higher than that measured by water which in turn is higher than measured using mineral oil due to its molecule size and viscosity. In addition,, measuring porosity using helium, injection is different from using Nuclear Magnetic Resonance and the image analysis or CT-Scan.
