I think the whole issue needs to be put in front of the international court of justice to find out the truth. Hamas is a resistance movement against occupation. If somebody came in and took your flat and kicked you and your family out by force and very powerful others (USA and Europe) are supporting them for reasons denying your ownership:
What are you going to do then? This is called an occupation and you need to resist this occupation to get your rights back and this is called a resistance.
