Dear all,

I completed test of organic thin film on ZBSi and I need help with results interpretation. The Fig. Pic 2 3 tp 55 deg Theta_2Theta.png shows regular Theta/2Theta for this film; Picture1 ZBSi.png shows that ZBSi does not have much anizotropy. The other figures shows a Pole Figure taken at different 2Theta angles; one was done with ksi adjsutment.

There are 2 questions: First I would like to confirm that I indeed see the in-plane anisotropy in this film, as it apperant from all Pole Figures? Second. whay the Phi-scan for 2Theta peak at 37 deg have so different anisotropy from all others 2 Theta peaks? (does this imposes co-existance of two 'reflectors' system? Since I am new to ZBSi and Phi-scans, any help/comment will be appriciated.

Thank you!

Vlad
