Do I need to add zinc acetate in secondary culture for the expression of type I HSP40 of plasmodium falciparum?

My expression is very bad, i have tried 2XYT, AIM and TB so far but no luck anyhow. So how much of zinc acetate do i need to add to the secondary culture? Will zinc increase the expression ?
