Hello everyone. I am working on 16s rRNA. I am having a problem in viewing the results. I have already installed R software so I guess it is not the problem. Attached is a preview after I clicked View Results in Arlequin. I hope you could help me on this.

Go to Arlequin Configuration tab and uncheck the XML Output option if you have a checkmark on that. This should make the results more readable in your future runs but I'm not sure if it has any effect on your current results. You may have to run the analysis again. I hope this helps!

Do you mean that R should be installed for graphics to be created? My goal is to generate graphs in Arlequin, specifically on mismatch distribution. However, there are no graphs (only text and tables) when I view the results. I have already referred to the manual but I still experience the same problem. I hope you can help me.
