I have a question, if I have 3 MTT replicates (run 3 different days, at same conditions, same cell line; means 3 independent biological replicates), so when analyzing the data for statistical significance by GraphPad prism, do I have to choose the REPEATED MEASURES data analysis option or can simply run ANOVA followed by multiple comparisons test?

For repeated measures or tests such as the repeated measures ANOVA to analyse the data, and respect the assumptions of the statistical test chosen (normality, homogeneity of variances, etc.).
