I am new at designing chimeric proteins and vector plasmids, and I need to make a murine cell line (MC38), excrete a protein that, usually, is in part excreted and in part retained in the nucleus. I have been researching the literature and I have found references to a synthetic human signal peptide: secrecon. Could I use it instead of the natural signal peptide of my protein?
