I need the standard chart for Miller indices values against 2-Theta values of Se Nanoparticle.

you have to do Small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) is an analytical technique that measures the intensities of X-rays scattered by a sample as a function of the scattering angle. Measurements are made at very small angles, typically in the range of 0.1 deg to 5 deg. for nanao particle . and also you can read out attached paper link.

Se can has different polymorphs and each of which has different diffraction patterns. Do you have the original XRD data?
If the wavelength of your X-ray source = 1.54060 Å and if you have hexagonal form (PDF 86-2244), you should roughly have these data (before Rietveld refinement):

Different polymorph will give different 2theta but these are well documented.

Ali Ansari Hamedani yes sir I have the original XRD data of my Nanoparticle. Can you please share the Paper (Article) from which these informations you got. My nanoparticles are mostly spherical.
The data I shared is from the Database PDF-2000 which is matched with Diffrac.Eva program.
