the treatment of pancreatic adenocarcinoma depend on stage of disease , early disease treated by surgical resection according to site of tumor followed by followed by chemotherapy , but unfortunately most of patients present at late stage , Furthermore, prognosis is poor, even after a complete resection . and there is no internationally-embraced standard approach. Therapeutic options include radiation therapy (RT) alone, chemoradiotherapy, and chemotherapy alone .
