Hello fellow researchers,

I am having a hard time dissolving epinephrine for my SOD activity assay. My protocol calls for 30 mM epinephrine as the standard and substrate for SOD-mediated inhibition of auto-oxidation.  

I make 0.05% acetic acid in ddH2O and then dissolve 50 mg of epinephrine in 5 mL of it. Epinephrine doesn't dissolve at all. Has anybody been successful with dissolving epinephrine ? If so, please direct me. Any feedback is helpful.
