I have two sample's data. These are following things in our data which we got from CLC-

Kal's Z-test:B vs A - Proportions difference (range : 0.0008 to -0.007)

Kal's Z-test:B vs A - Proportions fold change (range: -196 to -4 and 4 to 40)

Kal's Z-test:B vs A - Test statistic (range : -47 to 15)

Kal's Z-test:B vs A - P-value (range: 0 to 0.608)

Kal's Z-test:B vs A - FDR p-value correction (range: 0 to 1)

Please help me with these questions-

1. I want to know using this what should i consider to pull out which genes are deferentially expressed?

2. How can I rank them, say, how to pickup top 10 deferentially expressed genes?
