Dielectric multilayer fabrication

I am looking for laboratories in Europe that can fabricate dielectric multilayers with ~100 layers, suitable for optical studies where optical gain could be introduced (e.g. by doping).

It could be nice to have sub micron control of the layer thickness.

Does anyone know of facilities or research groups that provide this kind of fabrication service?
