I mean a coating with LPS on glass coverslips to perform immunocytochemistry through cell adhesion upon LPS. I can't find anything in literature. I can only find LPS coating on plastic wells for ELISA.

The doubt is whether the LPS coating on glass has to be performed as the other coatings, like with fibronectin or collagen. Is the buffer always PBS? Does the coating have to wait overnight at room temperature?

Thanks.
