You would have to use a generic 'gradient' method with an MS detector.
It may be interesting to develop such method for persistence drugs administered as eye drop or any other routes, providing a mean for their concentration present in body. Especially, it is perfect if you can link it with some antibiotics or other chemicals which have some limitations or thresholds for applications in livestock or poultry defined by FDA or any other valid organisations. I have seen such methods for tetracycline titre quantification in blood of chicken and lamb. Therefore, I assume it very novel if you choose correct compound before starting your work.
