I want to design a drug delivery system using peptides as targeting ligands which

are supposed to interact with cell surface receptors. Has anyone experienced a similar experiment to help with the estimation of the minimum required peptide amount?

I am considering performing optimization for designing the system(using different concentrations of the peptide) and doing common cellular tests such as MTT to assay the system performance in vitro.
