I am very interesting in the "blood" management:

- massive transfusion protocols

- tranexamic use at the trauma scenario (including out hospital)

- "haemostasic" packs: the use of fibrinogen, tranexamic, and other out hospital (prehospital);

- also the possible use of blood or/and plasma in the helicopter or in the medical transport
