It is unlikely. Check the copyright issue of the journal first. In any case you should not have sent the paper to a worthless journal!

In my own little knowledge of paper publication, once a particular manuscript is submitted and eventually published by a journal with low or high impact factor and other criteria, it may not be published again in another journal. Mainly because of copyright law attached to such publication.

Md. Nekmahmud, it is a serious academic crime to do so, irrespective of the fact that it was published in a low quality journal. What I feel you could do is to repackage the paper by changing the title, the concept and the manner of presentation although the idea may still be similar. You can expand the initial idea and further the contributions.

Here the author fees that the paper is good and deserved to be published in better journal. So no need to repackage it good works will its due attention no matter where is is published. Many example are there.

Probably, the paper will be retracted from the new journal after acceptance due to plagiarism.

The answer is No. Technically, legally, practically and logically. If someone does it, then its a crime!!!

Do not try to this! Never! In the journal our faculty publishes there is a "black list" for such cases you you will never ever be able to publish with this journal again (in fact, with both journals). I assume our journal is not the first and only one  with such practice.
