Sometimes I feel that it is arduous to read and do research and at the same time prepare lectures and deliver them to undergraduate and post-graduate students. Is there a suitable trick to manage one's time and succeed in doing all these actvities without losing any one of them?
Yes, I agree with you on the fact that it is difficult to manage teaching and research. However, I think the trick is to make time for research by reading a few articles a few times a week and carrying out the experiments and simulations as and when required

In my case works the best to separate tasks in different days of a week, if possible.
As for supervisions you are doing, I assume their issues are nearly related to your field of research or interest.
However, during academic year remains very few time for the science.
These three are interlinked. Only in Teaching, your effort is more. For Research and Guidance, this act happens with assistance or collaborating. Means your scholars will be available to assist you .Then your burden will be less. As per my feeling

@ Mohamed Issa thanks a lot bro I sometimes split my day into hurs dedicated to teaching and others to research and reading but sometimes I stress because it's too much work at the same time.

Dear Bachir Bouhania, I understand you very well because I am in the same situation.
I am currently an University Lecturer, researcher and doctoral student, with a period of studies abroad, and also have family and children.
Some tips:
- Harness well the time at home thing, if this with the family dedicates to her fully.
- If you are researching or working, try to do your best, do not think about the other things you have to do, at home somewhere else.
- Time management is hard I know, but what I do is segment my life. I take specific periods only for studies, and I do not let anything get in the way.
- Booking specific hours for research activities is very important, and more than booking, the most important is to fulfill them.
Anyway, try to focus on what you are doing right now.

I think proper time management is the best way to do many things. Beside this, I can give an advice that can be overlooked by many of our colleagues. Sports, even walking 30 minutes - 1 hour at least 4-5 times per week. This makes refreshment and gives the will to do many things. Wishing you all the best.
As said by many respondent, Time management is of essence. What I can add on is not to do all the activities on the same day. May be in a day you do atleast 2 or 3 of the activities. Like research for 2 hours, teach for 2 hours, the next day You supervise for 2 hours and write an article for 2 hours, by the third day you can come back to what was done in day 1.
First, you should have a weekly schedule of your teaching, supervision , and research activities and try as much as you can to stick to the the weekly plan. Then, with experience things will improve and you will be able to manage your time better.
