Dear all, Can you suggest how to measure concentration of different component present in a homogeneous solution while it is changing with time?

I want to measure concentration of different components present in a homogeneous solution containing polymer and volatile components. During evaporation of volatile components there is a change in concentration of each component present in the system. Is there any way to measure the concentration of the species present in the mixture with time. I would like to thank for your suggestion.
