I have a list of plan produced chemicals and I need to see what effect they have on insects. I have used pherobase but that one does not include repellent or insecticidal effects. I have looked at Dr. Dukes Phytochemical and ethnobotanical database but many of my compounds are not in that database. Do you know of any database which I could use?
I am not aware of a list or database of these chemicals, but using various search terms such as allelopathy you can find many of them. The IAS publishes a journal and its website (see below) has links and information that might help you. The Cornell site has information and study methods on it. The Kentucky site has good info on plant chemicals. If you do not find a good database, maybe you can develop it?

Pherobase does include repellent semiochemicals. Look under their list including repellents, kairomones, and marking pheromones (all of which may have repellent properties). Good luck!
