Data transferred from Qualtrics to Spss are not done very well that I could use it for analysis in SPSS. How could I do that?

I do not really understand your problem, but it might help to export the data from Qualtrics to EXCEL, manipulate it in EXCEL in a form suitable for your purpose, and then import it to SPSS.
