Data on the static permittivity of water as a function of carbon dioxide concentration?

Hello, we are working on a project where we need to know how the permittivity of water behaves with various solutes. We have found quite a bit of data on salts and organic solutes but nothing on how dissolved gases affect the static permittivity of water. Does anyone know of any resources that might have data on carbon dioxide or other gases?

CO2, unlike other gases e.g. N2, O2, and Ar, reacts with water to form bicarbonate ions:

CO2 + H2O -> H+ + HCO3-

so it can also be treated as a solute.
