Developing a study for a professional technical organization to explore gaps in its awards program. Populations of interest: its members, interest groups associated with organization, as well as non-members and other interested parties.

Exploring these questions (still in draft!): 1) "Is there an award for me?" Area Ideas: career phases and experience levels, award language (pronouns, identity), teams vs. individuals, advocates & allies of organization vision. 2) Explore any gaps in overall breadth and depth of structure.
