Hi all.
I'm looking to calculate the inter assay precision between two assay plates, plates of which have a 1:2 serial dilution from wells A-H across all 12 columns.
How would I go about calculating this %CV? I had originally just found the SD and mean of the combined plates however I realised after that the %CV would be huge as a result of the large range of OD readings produced due to the serial dilution?
Hypothetically; if my readings across 3 columns were as follows:
A B C
1. 2 2 1.9
2. 1 1.8 1.7
3. 0.6 0.5 0.65
...and so on, how would I tackle this problem?

If you are trying to determine %CV, you don't compare the OD readings. You compare the back calculated concentrations between the plates.
