Cutaneous amyloidosis is a very difficult to treat condition. Many therapeutic options are there. Some of the options are:

1. Topical agents - Corticosteroids, calcipotriol, 10% DMSO,

2. Systemic agents- acitretin, etritinate, colchicine, ciclosporin, cyclophosphamide,

3. Phototherapy

4. Dermabrasion,

5. Cryotherapy

6. CO2 LASER

None of the options produces a long term disease free state. Have you any experience with LASER, other than CO2 LASER?
