Hi, Is it possible to find a relationship between mitochondrial dna sequence and any morphological variations in human? for example the high or the shoulder width. I did look around but I did not find answer.

As far as we know, mtDNA has nothing to do with morphological traits

In the past and currently, investigation of the genetic basis of health, disease and evolutionary fitness characterizes papers citing Freimer & Sabatti. But, perhaps, future investigative projects will include fine-tuned attention to genetic sequence (including mtDNA) bases of the non-clinical or subclinical aspects of anatomical variation.
