Culturing Edwardsia elegans anemones in lab?

I'm about to begin culturing some Edwardsia elegans in artificial seawater tanks. Does anyone have any experience doing this, and if so any tips? Planning on having salinity around 30ppt with temperature about 16C, but we'll see if my chiller can handle it.
