Hello all. I am currently conducting a meta-analysis and I am trying to compare two drugs to one another in terms of efficacy. The trials I chose were comparing the respective drug to a placebo. I have already ran forest plots and funnel plots on each drug. Now, I wish to compare them head-to-head in an indirect comparison model. Essentially, drug A is compared to C, drug B is compared to C. I want to compare A to B. I have mean differences and standard deviations of each study. How would I go about conducting this evaluation? Thank you for any help you can provide.
