concerned about group efforts. In the eight years following this study, have Chinese management changed to align with their meteoric economic growth?
Countries in Asia are more collective than individuals. They tend to work as groups and families. Part of their success is working together to attain goals. therefore, it is like a system work.
Thank you for the response. On the road to goal attainment, does Chinese management involve input from a variety of sources and which sources would you consider as part of their system of work? Nadler and Tushman’s Congruence Model suggests that three sources are used: Environment, Resources and History (Congruence, 2003). These three resources produces a Strategy, which in turn generates Work. This approach allows the manager to fully understand the organization. Would you agree that today’s Chinese management would embrace congruent relationships?

This could be a good subject to be investigated. I did not see an article that had studied this issue, but according to Nadler and Tushman, I believe today's "environment" has made them more aggressive.
