CTB-Alexa555 precipitated?

Hello Scientists!

I’m trying to resuspend CTB-Alexa 555 from Invitrogen (C34776) as manufacturer recommend (In PBS, pH 7.4). But I found a several precipitates as the final result. Does anyone have the same problem? How did you solve this problem?
