My urgent appeal is addressed to all RG members, but above all to the RG Help Center team. Please comment on the following call for help, express your solidarity with the affected RG member (R.). I will also send an e-mail to RG Help Center again. I also hope that the senior management of RG takes this concern seriously, and responds to this call for help - thank you.

The cry for help that reached me is: Respected Dr. Hein Retter, Many thanks for your letter. There are many problems my account faces on the RG at the moment since I have been told by the RG that my account will be closed at no time. I do not know the reason. My notifications are not working as I saw your letter now. My stats are hampered and demeaned. My questions and answers stats are not added to my overall stats; My readers ask me the same thing why I am disturbed like this. My recommendations numbers are lessened and readership numbers are disturbed each week. Can you solve them. If you contact them, you can take action against me, there is a person named RG named Steven I am concerned about all such happenings, may be I am wrong.
