Looking for somebody who had similar experience when you use DOI issued by ResearchGate. I published one paper in a conference in 2007. The conference seems not to publish their proceeding, and I am gonna using DOI issued by ResearchGate.
In this case, Can it be checked effective by crossref properly?

The short answer is no, Crossref will not register and use a DOI that is generated this way. There are a number of things/problems when it comes to your wish:
-ResearchGate will not allow you to generate a DOI for your conference paper https://help.researchgate.net/hc/en-us/articles/14293044585745-ResearchGate-DOIs
-Even if RG would have allowed a DOI for the conference paper (then this is recognized by https://dx.doi.org ) but there is a difference between an ‘official’ DOI and Crossref. Although a DOI might be assigned to for example a paper, but this does not mean automatically a link to Crossref
-Crossref works with memberships https://www.crossref.org/documentation/member-setup/ and both the conference organization and ResearchGate are no member
The first part of your problem (getting a DOI) can be solved: go to Zenodo https://zenodo.org It requires a one-time registration (for free) and works quite easy.
Personally I think DOI registration is more relevant then Crossref (citations can easily be followed by Google Scholar, ResearchGate, Scopus etc.).
