I have doubt regarding the issue above. I did both CMC and phase transition in my study, but I need some clarification about which topic should be discus first.
For my point of view, I have to discuss about phase transition then CMC. In phase transition, I'm able to distinguish at what pH does my surfactant aggregate to form micelle. Then, deeper explanation for CMC can be carry out.
Can I get opinion to whom is expert in this field.

You can discuss first CMC. What is it, how is it formed, Effect of PH on its formation, what is their role in the whole gamut of thingsand then you can discuss the phase changes and so on.
The formation of vesicles depends on the structure of the surfactant and concentration. They can be formed both from spherical micelles, into the inner cavity of which another surfactant monolayer is placed, and from lamellar micelles. When the ratio of the diameter of the lamellar micelle to its thickness becomes excessively large, a distortion of such a micelle occurs. In the end, its edges are connected and a vesicle is formed. Transitions between them characterize the CMC and phase transition. CMC is the concentration at which a phase transition occurs.

pH is also one of the factor that triggering for micelle-to-vesicle transition right? that will effect the aggregation process.
pH affects the phase transitions of amphoteric surfactants or their mixtures with proteins or amphoteric polyelectrolytes
Should be cmc first. Once it is formed then it take different transition shape & form pending on certain parameters such as pH and concentration
effect of pH can be only discussed in relation to the actual surfactant in question. E.g. for typical sodium or kalium fatty acid salts (soaps) depending on pH, undissociated fatty acids will be present at different ratios to dissociated ones, leading to different packing densities of head groups at interfaces and in micelles. Salts of strong acids or strong bases (sulfonic acids or trimethylalkyl ones) will be less effected.

I think first you need to study de molecular structure of your surfactant for example if you have an ionic surfactant, that is very easy you can us just conductivity measurement and you can observe if there is a transition state of self-assembly morphology and if you compound is an non-ionic surfactant so the must interesting technic can help you is surface tension measurement but in general I advise you to examine the molecular structure of your compounds because that has a big influence on micellization proprieties of surfactant compounds.
