Create an AC source based on Math expression on Keithley?

Hi, could anyone please guide me on creating an AC current/voltage source using a Math expression or a measurement profile (in a text file) on a Keithley Source meter?

We have 2400 and 2450 models in our lab.

Any help is highly appreciated.
