I want to extract cp DNA from some desert plant, i have issue in extraction of cp DNA i am following An Improved Chloroplast DNA Extraction Procedure .

After second centrifugation 3500G i get green pellet but further i gets no cp DNA.

i am performing this process in ependroff tubes after second centrifugation.
