We all need these vaccines regardless of our pockets and our health system weaknesse. No one should left behind.
vaccination should be according to the need of individual person. Doctors and geneticists will guide us better in this matter. People should not use this matter for political benefit. Distribution of vaccine needs equity, not equality.

Agree. There is a different techniques in manufacturing the vaccines like that if USA Pfizer depends on mRNA technique so it is more expansive , while sinopharm depends on classic technique.
Giving the vaccine to all people in the world will need several months. The factor of time here is so important since every day there are thousands of deaths because of Covid-19.
In my point of view, we should first give the vaccine to ill and older people in all countries as soon as possible. Then to other people depending on their need and their age.

However, the bitter truth is that the first batches of the available vaccines have been booked by the rich and affluent countries. It may take 1-2 years before the vaccine will reach the poorest of the poor countries and dream of eradication of COVID-19 would be realized.
