There are currently more cases of COVID-19 (the disease caused by the virus SARS-CoV-2) than would be expected if the virus were spreading only through respiratory droplets and contact with infected patients, according to a report published Feb. 15 by the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention (China CDC).
Previous tests have found that the coronavirus can be present in feces, but it was unclear if the virus would be viable enough to spread to another person, according to a previous Live Science report. So, a group of researchers analyzed stool samples from patients with COVID-19.

I will summarize most important points regarding your question:
- SARS-CoV-2 is thought to use ACE2 as a viral receptor, and ACE2 mRNA is highly expressed in the gastrointestinal system.
- Many patients had persistently positive rectal swabs even after their nasopharyngeal tests were negative and this is because viral RNA measurements to determine that viral shedding from the digestive system might be longer-lasting than that from the respiratory tract.
- Many patients with negative nasopharyngeal test when they tested for rectal swabs, the result was positive .So I believe we also need to use rectal swabs to confirm diagnosis of COVID-19, especially if nasopharyngeal test came negative and we still suspected COVID-19.
- Many physicians believe rectal swab for SARS-CoV-2 only positive in patients with GI symptoms while fecal specimens for some patients without diarrhea showed live virus in stool.
- Asymptomatic children and adults may be shedding infectious virus and they could transmit it. This is another reason to emphasize good personal hygiene.
- Physicians and caretakers of potentially-infected children need to be aware that stools might be infectious.
- There is ongoing study to confirm this results and they will test more patients to confirm faecal–oral transmission.
SARS-Cov-2 in the stool, sewage water and river water needs more studies
The findings of SARS-CoV-2 RNA in the stools has important implications. Whether, such a person is infective, or it represents a carrier state in a patient who has become immune after recovery from COVID-19 as evidenced by development of SARS-Cov-2 specific antibodies by a validated ELISA test needs to be studied.
Furthermore, the presence of SARS-CoV-2 in the sewage water may also have important implications.

The gut's involvement during COVID 19 illness indicates the possibility of the presence of the virus in the digestive system and that it could spread through feces. COVID 19 patients experience gastrointestinal symptoms because the virus directly attacks the gut tissue. As coronavirus patients experience abdominal discomfort and diarrhoea before the onset of respiratory symptoms, so it is thought that the virus may be present in the stool of infected persons.

) 34,000 people on verage die of the flu during the winter outbreak, but since Covid-19 hit the news there are no mentions of flu related deaths. it seems that these deaths, counting in tens of thousands, might be included (falsely) under the Coronavirus category. It is a well known fact that certain traditional risk factors exist for the reactivation of tuberculosis and herpes zoster. In addition to age in particular pregnancy, uncontrolled diabetes, methotrexate therapy, infliximab therapy etc all could be classical risk factors of these two clinical conditions clinicians encounter in day to day practice in the developing world. Is it worth identifying this vulnerable group and offer chemoprophylaxis / employ vigorous isolation measures would cut down the mortality and economic burden in the developing world until a vaccine is available.

I have proposed a new multiscale model that it is just recently published. The new multiscale model suggests a new method to solve multiscale problems. The important thing is this model predicts the square velocity fields instead of energy is the crucial part in any interaction between different materials.
I have an idea to make use of this prediction to find the right vaccine for Covid-19, however I need a colaboration from other fields like biology, molecular biology and chemistry in addition to physics and other related fields to work on the subject. COVID-19 has emerged globally at unprecedented speed and scale. Experts don’t know how long this virus will take to its end. Various Nations have lock down whole country to prevent spread COVID-19. As a result of the lockdown, the commercial and business activities have been seriously affected and the availability of the business resources such as workmen, material, transport etc. has been troubled. The movement of the shipping lines carrying the material from the affected countries has also halted and quarantine has been imposed on them.

Our study group has a new potential drug for COVID-19 named
Now, we want to perform invitro drug studies; however we have a problem.
We could not find a SARS-cov-2 infected lung cells in any commercial area like ATCC.
At that point, we have to obtain the cell line and virus.
Before that, I want to ask that is there anybody that have virus infected cell line?
If possible, please let me know.
Or any suggestion about the protocol or way for forming virus infected cell line?
